Built an internal AI-powered web program to process and sanction in-app reports on ZEPETO faster and more accurately.

Problem

The existing homepage-based workflow took 3+ minutes to process a single report, resulting in significant time and manpower waste. To address this, collaborated cross-functionally to develop an internal program that could reduce both processing time and required headcount.

Role

Delivered training to the US partner agency (an English-speaking global outsourcing vendor) and provided immediate response whenever issues arose.

Conducted monthly training sessions and distributed materials covering 100+ policies used in user sanctioning.

Result

With the new program, report processing time was reduced to 10–30 seconds per case, while also cutting the manpower required for operations.
